PGP Subscription vs. Perpetual Licensing

The subscription provides the software, updates, and telephone support for one year. At the end of the year the software stops working.

The perpetual license includes the first year of updates and telephone support. At the end of the year you must purchase a renewal to continue receiving updates and support, but the software will continue to work.

Subscription pricing is cheaper at first, but perpetual licensing is cheaper in the long run if you plan on using the software at least three years.
