SecureHQ sells and ships internationally. In the future, we plan to make our ordering page more friendly to customers whose addresses do not correspond exactly to the standard US city/state/zip format. In the meantime, if you experience any trouble ordering, please email or call us with your order information, and we will complete the process manually.

Minimum initial order is $2500

We ask for a minimum initial order of $2500 for international customers. After the initial order we will accept orders for smaller amounts.

No guarantee of ship time

Due to delays at customs, we can make no guarantee of delivery time for international orders.

Payment information

We cannot accept credit card purchases or checks for orders outside of the United States, but we can accept wire transfers.

Some items not eligible for international shipping

Some vendors do not allow U.S. resellers like SecureHQ to sell outside of the U.S. and Canada. These exceptions are noted on our pages for those vendors.

Export restrictions

The United States classifies certain cryptography software as munitions and restricts its export. As an example, VPN software includes encryption to ensure the security of communications over the Internet. If you're uncertain whether a particular product can be sold outside the United States, please contact sales and we will work with the vendor to determine the product's export status.

International taxes and duties

We cannot calculate and do not charge any international taxes or import duties. The customer is responsible for all such charges.
