Enterprise includes the Websense URL filter, along with Websense Reporter, SiteWatcher, BrandWatcher, Bandwidth Optimizer, and WebCatcher. The Security Suite has all of the features of Enterprise plus Security Filtering and Real-Time Security Updates. Express runs on Windows servers only, archives only 30 days worth of reporting data, and does not support Remote Filtering, Brandwatcher, Sitewatcher, IM management, or Real-Time Security Updates. E-delivery in one business day

Order by noon Eastern time and have your license key by email the next business day. You can download the software and manuals from Websense.com even before you place your order and install Websense in demo mode. Enter the license key to make it permanent. Printed manuals available upon request from mywebsense.com once you receive your key.

How Websense counts users

A user is a unique IP address during a 24 hour period.

Your Websense key works with any installation or integration - Websense no longer makes different keys for integrating with Cisco, Microsoft ISA, Check Point, etc. Your key will work with any Websense integration option.

Priority One 24x7 Support - At 2,501 users and above, we recommend purchase of Platinum Support.

High Availability - There is a 25% additional charge for customers that have purchased multiple copies of Websense software to accommodate high availability, redundancy or load sharing.

Multiple Locations

1,000 Seats or Less: A separate key must be purchased for each location. For example, if you have three offices, one with 460 employees, one with 220 and another with 240, you must purchase a 500-seat subscription and two 300-seat subscriptions. You cannot purchase a 1,000-seat subscription.

1,001 Seats or More: Pricing will be based on the total number of seats at all locations. For companies with multiple office locations, Websense will issue a separate key for the exact number of employees at each office location.

Websense Shipping, Delivery and Tax

• The Websense license key is emailed in one business day when ordered by noon Eastern time.
• Software and manuals can be downloaded anytime from Websense.com. CDs available upon request.
• Printed manuals are available upon request from www.mywebsense.com.
• Websense does not accept returns. All Websense items are non-refundable.
• Our standard shipping and processing fee is $20 per order.
• Our standard shipping method for U.S. orders is 3rd business day. This means that once the package is shipped, it will arrive within 3 business days. This does not guarantee that the package will arrive 3 days after you order it. We also offer faster shipping options.
• We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.
