Check Point orders are processed the same business day when ordered by noon Eastern time. CD-ROMs and manuals are delivered physically. License keys, software subscription id numbers and technical support id numbers are delivered by email to the shipping email address you provide during checkout, generally within a few business days. Check Point software is not available for download.
There are no returns on software subscriptions or support contracts once they are registered at CheckPoint's web site.
Our standard shipping and processing fee is $20 per order.
Our standard shipping method for U.S. orders is 3rd business day. This means that once your package ships it will arrive within 3 business days or less. This does not guarantee that the package will arrive 3 days after you order it. We also offer faster shipping
options.
We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.

Check Point products can be shipped internationally, subject to
our international ordering guidelines,
which include payment by wire transfer and a minimum initial order of $2500.
