Licensing notes: Support and software updates are not included with Check Point products

A complete Check Point purchase consists of the product, a software subscription for free updates and upgrades, and a support package. Standard Support is busines hours Monday through Friday. Premium Support is 24x7. Once you choose a support level, you will buy the same support level for all of your Check Point products.

Check Point Shipping, Delivery and Tax

• Check Point orders are processed the same business day when ordered by noon Eastern time. CD-ROMs and manuals are delivered physically. License keys, software subscription id numbers and technical support id numbers are delivered by email to the shipping email address you provide during checkout, generally within a few business days. Most Check Point software is not available for download; Pointsec/Endpoint Security products are the main exception.
• There are no returns on Check Point products as per the manufacturer.
• Our handling fee is $10 per order.
• U.S. Ground Shipping is free. We also offer faster shipping options.
• We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington state, or Washington, D.C.

Check Point International Shipping

Check Point products can be shipped internationally, subject to our international ordering guidelines, which include payment by wire transfer and a minimum initial order of $2500.
