RSA Security SecurID orders are processed in two to four business days when ordered by noon Eastern time, due to the need for the devices to be programmed with an expiration date. The fastest shipping option is three to five days, shipped at overnight rates.
RSA Security does not accept returns. Defective hardware can be returned to RSA for warranty replacement.
