RSA Security Shipping, Delivery and Tax

• RSA Security SecurID orders are processed in two to four business days when ordered by noon Eastern time, due to the need for the devices to be programmed with an expiration date. The fastest shipping option is three to five days, shipped at overnight rates.
• RSA Security does not accept returns. Defective hardware can be returned to RSA for warranty replacement.
• Our standard shipping and processing fee is $20 per order.
• Our standard shipping method for U.S. orders is 3rd business day. This means that once your package ships it will arrive within 3 business days or less. This does not guarantee that the package will arrive 3 days after you order it. We also offer faster shipping options.
• We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.

RSA Security International Shipping

RSA Security products can be shipped internationally, subject to our international ordering guidelines, which include payment by wire transfer and a minimum initial order of $2500.
