Four Things You Need for an RSA SecurID Two-factor Authentication Solution

1. Server hardware. You can use your own server running a variety of operating systems, or the SecurID appliance.
2. SecurID tokens.
3. Authentication Manager software for the appropriate number of authenticated users.
4. Maintenance and support for Authentication Manager. This is required by RSA for all orders.

RSA's SecurID appliance bundles include an appliance, SID700 tokens, and Authentication Manager software. Support is sold separately in either 8x5 or 24x7 options.

RSA Shipping, Delivery and Tax

• RSA Security SecurID orders are processed in two to four business days when ordered by noon Eastern time, due to the need for the devices to be programmed with an expiration date. The fastest shipping option is three to five days, shipped at overnight rates.
• RSA Security does not accept returns. Defective hardware can be returned to RSA for warranty replacement.
• Our handling fee is $10 per order.
• U.S. Ground Shipping is free. We also offer faster shipping options.
• We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington state, or Washington, D.C.

RSA products can be shipped internationally, subject to our international ordering guidelines, which include payment by wire transfer and a minimum initial order of $2500.
